1 teaspoon oregano
4 whole wheat English muffins
1 green onion
4 ounces low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 small can of crushed pineapple
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces tomato paste
1 bunch broccoli
Place English muffins on cookie sheet.
Flatten each biscuit with the palm of your hand.
Spread 1 teaspoon of tomato paste of top of each English muffin.
Sprinkle paste with spices (salt, pepper, oregano).
Place half of the grated cheese to the top of the tomato paste.
Wash vegetables and pat dry.
Dice green onion and chop broccoli into small pieces.
Place cut vegetables and pineapple on top of cheese.
Add remainder of cheese to the top of pizzas.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Watch to be sure that they do not burn.
